Returns and Refunds Policy

At REVLI, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read the following guidelines to understand our returns and refund process.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, odourless, without damages, alterations, stains/marks and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Log into your account 
  2. Fill in your email address
  3. You will be sent a code to your email
  4. Input the code where required and click submit
  5. Click ‘Request Return’
  6. Choose the item(s) you would like to return and select the reason for returning. Please select the most accurate reason to enable us to improve your shopping experience.
  7. Then click ‘Request Return’
  8. Once your return request is approved by our team, you will receive a return authorisation email, a Royal Mail pre-paid return label and shipping instructions. The pre-paid return label must be used within 7 days. 
  1. Package the items securely and send them back to us using the shipping label provided. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  2. The cost of your pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

UK - £8.00

EUROPE - £25.00

USA - £23.00

CANADA - £30.00

ROW - £40.00

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@revlilondon.com 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@revlilondon.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and photographs of the defect. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as necessary.

International Returns

  • For international orders, we accept returns under the same conditions. However, REVLI is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to returned items.
  • All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Important Information

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Returned items that do not meet our return conditions (e.g unused, unworn, odourless, without damages, alterations, satins/marks and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging) may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
